Session Policies
At Mini Moments, I believe the best photos happen when kids are happy and relaxed. These guidelines help us keep every session fun, stress-free, and full of magic—while making sure we stay on schedule.

Reluctant or Shy Children
I understand that not every child feels ready at the time of their session—and that’s completely okay.
The mini sessions are fun, relaxed, and child-led, giving every child time to feel comfortable. We welcome children of all personalities and abilities, including children with special needs, and work at their pace to capture genuine, happy moments.
If you feel your child may need additional time or support, please let me know ahead of your session so we can plan accordingly.
Special Needs Accommodations
I welcome children of all abilities and strive to create a calm, flexible, and supportive environment for every session. Your input helps us make your child feel safe, comfortable, and confident.
Tip for parents: Feel free to include any notes about your child on the booking form—this helps us plan the best experience.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
I understand that plans can change!
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited booking fee
One reschedule is allowed per session (including reluctant child reschedules)
My goal is to stay flexible while respecting scheduled time for all families.
Late Arrival Policy
Mini sessions are 15 minutes long and scheduled back-to-back, so arriving on time is very important.
A 5-minute grace period is allowed
Arrivals later than 5 minutes will result in a shortened session
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will require rescheduling
I recommend arriving a few minutes early so your child has time to settle in.
